In the afternoon of 3 November 2019, Mr. WANG Minsheng, president of Shandong Lawyers’ Association and executive partner of Grandall Law Firm, together with other 11 lawyers has been retained as the legal counsel of Shandong Provincial Party Committee.  Mr. LIU Jiayi, Security of Shandong Provincial Party Committee issued the Letter of Appointment thereto.

Mr. WANG Minsheng and other newly engaged legal counsels have exchanged opinions on how the Provincial Committee of the CPC could better implement the decisions and arrangements of the Central Government on upholding and improving the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and promoting the modernization of the national governance system and capacity.
