The 6th China Corporate Legal Affairs Annual Meeting, hosted by China Institute of Corporate Legal Affairs, Shanghai International Arbitration Center and Shanghai Bar Association, and supported by Grandall Shanghai Office, was held at Oriental Hall of KoGuan Law School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University on 10 December 2016.  More than 200 participants, covering in-house legal advisors from various companies, famous lawyers and scholars as well as civil servants in judicial system, attended the meeting.

Mr. GUAN Jianjun, managing partner of Grandall Shanghai Office, was invited to attend the meeting and delivered a wonderful speech themed ‘Corporate Innovative Financing Instrument and Relevant Regulations' thereon.
