On 13 September 2013, the application filed by Soochow Securities (stock code: 601555) for issuing corporate bond was reviewed and approved by CSRC.

The value of this corporate bond to be issued by Soochow Securities is limited to RMB 3 billion yuan (including RMB 3 billion yuan) for a fixed period of 5 years. The credit of this bond is rated as “AA+”. All of the funds so raised will be supplemented to the working capital.
