September 11, 2009 - Beijing, China - Dr. ZHAN Hao was invited by Beijing People's Broadcasting Station to discuss on issues pertaining to China Insurance Regulatory Commission's (CIRC) consecutive actions of cracking down on false policy, illegal insurance institutions and fraudulent claim with other professionals on September 9, 2009.

During the discussion, on the basis of some provisions issued by CIRC recently, Dr. Zhan explained the procedures of the claim in vehicle insurance, analyzed the necessity to standardize the practices of making claim and collecting sum insured not undertaken by the policy-holder or insured and pointed out the importance of the standardized claim procedure to the sales of vehicle and to the consumers and gave his proposals to set up the mechanism of good faith and simplify the claim procedure in detail.
