On November 6, 2023, the "2023 Shanghai Arbitration Week – ECUPL-Grandall Sub-Forum" was successfully held at Grandall Shanghai office with the theme of "Corporate Governance and Arbitration". The forum was co-hosted by Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Justice, Shanghai Municipal Commission for the Promotion of International Trade and Shanghai Arbitration Association, organized by East China University of Political Science and Law and Grandall Law Firm, and supported by Shanghai Private Equity Association. More than seventy experts and scholars from arbitration institutions, universities, financial companies, famous enterprises and legal service providers gathered together to share ideas and perspectives for the path of dispute resolution in corporate governance with a view to realizing the win-win situation for all parties.
