18 April 2014-Recently, Thomson Reuters has released its Global Capital Markets Legal Advisors Review for 1st Quarter 2014, covering rankings and market overviews of various law firms in the global and regional capital markets.  Grandall Law Firm (Grandall) topped the Issuer Legal Advisor Rankings both in Global Debt, Equity & Equity-related Ex FCA (G01) and Asia Equity and Equity-related (BX1) for the 1st Quarter of 2014, with 94 cases and 14 cases in global and Asia markets respectively.  Further, another review released by Thomson Reuters on M&A Legal Advisor for the 1st Quarter of 2014 revealed that Grandall ranked a second place in the number of transactions in Chinese M&A market.  Relevant rankings and data are set out below for your reference.
