28 March 2008 – Beijing, China – Grandall Legal Group, led by partner Sun Wenjie, made a presentation at Beijing’s Capital Club on litigation titled “To Litigate or Not” to the Benelux Chamber SME Working Group. In the presentation Mr. Sun highlighted litigation procedures in China and discussed various aspects which foreign businesses could use to amicably resolve disputes and avoid the lengthy litigation process.

The presentation was well-attended and included lively discussion between group members and lawyers, which included International Practice Group members, Will Fung, Gordiano Casas, and Gregory Sy, in addition to Sun Wenjie. Special thanks to Mr. Laurentius Metaal for organizing the meeting.
