From 7th November 2014 and onwards, China Commercial Lam Lee Lai (Qianhai) Law Firm, a joint venture law firm in Qianhai, strategically established by our firm and China Commercial Law Firm, has already commenced in operation. It has started to provide legal services in IPOs, Merger & Acquisition, Finance and large-scale construction projects. This strategic joint venture has marked our firm’s vision to strengthen our stance in the global market by engaging ourselves in our country’s latest development strategy “One Belt One Road” with our roots in Hong Kong and support from our Motherland.
