According to the information rendered by CSRC on its website, in the past eleven months, there were 536 companies applying for initial public offering on Mainboard, Small-medium Board, Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) and STAR Market, 523 of which were approved by CSRC. Grandall has topped the law firm ranking by advising 73 issuers (accounting for 14.0% of the total) with 100% pass rate. Except for the Star Market and GEM, Grandall has led the ranking by advising 29 companies (accounting for 15.9%) with a 100% pass rate.

The said approved companies that were advised by Grandall are mainly engaged in the fields of agriculture, manufacturing, real estate, retail, business service, computer, communication, software and information technology service industry, etc.

It is noteworthy that, since June 2020 when the registration system was implemented on the GEM, Grandall has advised 16 out of 154 companies that have been approved by the listing committee with respect to their applications for listing on the Growth Enterprise Market, with a 100% pass rate, and led the law firm ranking.
