On 21 September 2020, Aurisco Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (“Aurisco”) successfully listed on the Mainboard of Shanghai Stock Exchange, with Grandall Hangzhou acting as its legal counsel.

The offering raised RMB 343,170,000 in total by issuing 41,000,000 shares for particular projects.  Established in 1998 and headquartered in Tiantai, Zhejiang Province, Aurisco is an innovative pharmaceutical company engaged in research, manufacturing and marketing of speciality APIs, key intermediates and formulations as well as CMO service.

Grandall Hangzhou Office has been retained as the issuer’s counsel with WANG Kan, QIAN Xiaobo, and JIANG Limin as key lawyers serving the case.
