In May 2020, Yunnan Government successfully issued the 2nd batch of Special Bonds in 2020. Grandall Kunming Office rendered legal services in the preparation for such issue. The special bonds to be issued under this project amount to RMB 1 billion. Tianjin Expressway Group Co., Ltd. was responsible for the construction of this project.
