On 11 October 2019, the application for initial public offering filed by Jiangsu Sidike New Material Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (300806.SZ, “Sidike”) was passed and approved on the 142th meeting of the Issue and Approval Committee of China Securities and Regulatory Commission. 

Sidike is a domestic leading supplier of functional coating composites. It is one of the few domestic high-tech enterprises engaging in polymerization of polymer materials, coating formulation optimization, functional structure design, product precision coating and industrial application of new technologies.
