On 12 December, Perennial Energy Holdings Ltd. was listed on the Main Board of HKEx.

The company is mainly engaged in mining business, including exploration and mining of coking coal and coal washing.  The main product is 1/3 coking coal (also known as Clean Coal).  The company intend to issue 40 million shares at HKD 0.68 per share.
