Upon approval by Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Landing Holding (code: 000971) has been renamed to Gosun Holding since 12 November 2015, with its stock code unchanged.

After completing the material asset reorganization involving acquisition of 100% equities of Jilin Gosun Technology Co., Ltd., the company has entered service industries with promising market prospect, such as IDC, CDN, APM and other internet cloud infrastructure services. The renaming of both the company name and stock symbol can better reflect its strategies and development plan and facilitate the consolidation and coordination of its business and strategies after the reorganization.
