In January, 2015, Harbin Airport Special Road Co., Ltd. successfully obtained the consent letter from Shanghai Stock Exchange in respect of its asset securitization and established its asset-backed plan on 19 August 2015. The underlying assets of such asset securitization project were toll fees of the special road of Harbin Airport, which was around RMB 913.5 million.
