On 6 August 2015, Haitong Hengxin Financing Lease (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) formed the syndicate of RMB 2.1 billion under the free-trading catalogue in shanghai Free Trade Zone.  The syndicate consists of seven banks with Bank of China being the lead bank and agency.
