On 11 June 2015, the application filed by Chunghsin Technology Group Co., Ltd. (“Chunghsin Technology”) was passed and approved at the 122th meeting of the Securities Public Offering Examination and Approval Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (“CSRC”).

Chunghsin Technology is specialized in the research, manufacture and sale of LCD TVs and Tablet PCs, and its products have been selling to nearly 40 countries and regions, covering North America, Europe and Mainland China.

The company intends to offer a limited number of 50.10 million shares (accounting for 25% of the total issued shares) to raise funds for the production expansion, development and research projects and repayment of loans.
