On 1 April 2022, the application for non-public offering of A shares filed by Hengtong Logistics Co., Ltd. (603223.SH) (“Hengtong Logistics”) was passed and approved by the Listing Examination Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission. 

Hengtong Logistics is a comprehensive logistics and transportation enterprise with nationwide business networks. The company intends to raise an amount up to RMB 2,400,000,000 (inclusive) in this non-public offering, all of which will be used to supplement the working capital of the company after deducting the costs occurred in this offering.
