On 10 January 2025, the project of Shanghai Gentech Co., Ltd. (688596.SH, “Gentech”) issuing convertible bonds was passed and approved at the 1st review meeting of the Listing Review Committee of Shanghai Stock Exchange, marking the 1st convertible bonds project to pass the review on the STAR Market in 2025.

Grandall Shanghai Office has served Gentech over ten years. It has successively acted as the special legal advisor for the company's initial public offering of stocks and listing on the STAR Market, the issue of stocks to specific objects through the simplified procedure, and the current project. The members of the project team include LI Qiang (Executive Partner of Grandall and Managing Partner of Grandall Shanghai), as well as LI Chen and ZHENG Yijun (partners of Grandall Shanghai) and lawyer Lu Wei.
