On 10 January 2025, Numans Health Food Holdings Company Limited (2530.HK, “Numans”), a leading enterprise in China's maternal and infant algal oil DHA market, successfully listed on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange.  Grandall Shenzhen Office has been retained as the Chinese domestic legal advisor to the sponsor and underwriter for Numans' initial public offering and listing on the HKEx.
